My Pink Stamper Design Team - Spring Project

Butterfly - Take it easy - Gift Card Holder

I created a new type of Gift Card Holder using an envelope Cricut cut. This is the second on I made and the are super simple and fun. First find an envelope cut on a Crcut Cartridge. Measure a Gift Card and guess at what size you need to cut the envelope or use Cricut Craft Room to edit the size to be exactly what you want.

Supplies and Instructions
This Gift Card Holder was made using the Close to My Heart - Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge
Button # 10
I edited it using Cricut Craft Room and changed it's width & height to:
W: 5.75
H: 4.75

Butterfly - button #35 - cut 1.5"
cut it out twice - 1 blue and 1 green

Pattern Paper - DCWV The Blossoms Butterflies Stack
Glitter Paper - DCWV Flower Shower Spring Mat Stack

Stamp - My Pink Stamper - More Punny-licious

Rhinestones

To attach the butterflies I used 1/8" score tape.
For added dimension I used foam tape to raise up one side of the sentiment.

I enjoy creating these Gift Card Holders because I can add as much dimension to it, since it can be hand delivered instead of mailed.

Update on Judah

Thank you to those praying for Judah. He has been at Riley's Children's Hospital in Indianapolis.  They found a mass the size of a golf ball on this brain. It seems to be blood vessels. It has caused him sever pain, headaches, and nausea. Please continue to pray for healing and for strength for his parents.

This is a picture of Judah with his mom, watching Entangled for the 5th time today.

Here is an update that his mom sent out this morning.

Just an update on our little man. He has been on morphine for pain since yesterday morning so has been very sleepy. They did see a 2 minute seizure on his EEG yesterday, so they have him on a longer EEG to monitor that.

He is still in pain when awake, so they're talking about moving his surgery up to Monday.

we just ask that you keep praying for God's perfect will & timing. We have no doubt Judah will be healed whether by miracle of God's hand removing it, or the blessing of doctors who can take it out. Either way, we are trusting God's hand.

thank you for your overwhelming support & prayers. They are truly a God send!

Please Pray for a little boy

Please pray for Judah.

He is one of our Pastor's Sons. He just turned 5 this week and yes he has the biggest smile all the time. He has been having fevers and headaches for the past 16 days. Last night after seeing a second doctor, he was taken to the ER. Then flown to Riley's Children's Hospital in Indianapolis (2.5 hours away). They found tumors on his brain. One the size of a golf ball. They will do an MRI today to find out more details and surgery is scheduled for Thursday.
We are praying that God does a miracle for this little boy. Please pray for healing, protection, peace, and provision for this family. I didn't sleep much last night. I was praying most the time. Judah is like one of my kids. In fact he is only a few months older than my oldest daughter. I don't have answers, but I know that through this whole thing God will be glorified and it is to strengthen our faith.
Thank you for all your prayers.

Winner

I realized I never picked a winner yesterday for the Pinkalicious Blog Hop on Friday. I was enjoying the beautiful weather in the Midwest, with my girls.

I am giving away a My Pink Stamper Encourage Me Stamp Set.

Using Random.org, I picked a winner.

What a great card. Love the colors. So clean & neat. My favortie part of Spring would be the Spring foward rather than fall back, because it is stays lighter at the end of the day, so I can spend more time outside. I like that there are more pretty flowers blooming around in spring and the occasional spring shower is always nice. Hugs, francine

Francine, please email me at simplecreations@live.com this week with your address so I can ship your stamps set out to you.

Thank you everyone for hopping and playing along with the My Pink Designers in the Pinkalicious Blog hop.

Tell me what your favorite part of Spring is. I love getting to know my readers.

Spring is my favorite season in the Midwest, United States. I love it when the weather begins to warm up, the flowers start to emerge out of the ground, and the trees being to bud. I love flower beds and I can't wait till it is warm enough to get outside to clean up my flower.

I will draw a winner on Tuesday.
