I used both Glossy Accents & Clear Embossing Powder to create a high glossy shine on this card.
Supplies & Instructions:
Paper: PaperTrey Ink White, Pure Poppy, & Harvest Gold Papers
Stamps: PaperTrey Ink Warm Happiness Too Stamps
Dies: PaperTrey Ink Warm Happiness Too Dies
Ink: Versa Mark & PaperTrey Ink Pure Poppy Ink
Other: Glossy Accents, white embossing powder
Used my Cuttlebug to cut out the cups
