Monochromatic Challenge
This was by far the hardest challenge I have had all day.
I thought designing a card with only one color would have been easy....
....until I started putting it together.
The card is 5 1/2" x 5 1/2"
Used a cuttlebug, flower embossing folder for the background.
Final touches were blue ric-rac, blue flower, and blue rine stone.
This challenge was a National Scrapbooking Day Challenge
