Pinkalicious Blog Hop - November
Love Scrapbook Page using My Pink Stamper's "From the Heart" Stamp Set.
Welcome to the Pinkalicious Blog Hop.
This is where all the My Pink Stamper Designers get to show off our
projects using My Pink Stamper High Quality Photo Polymer Stamps. This month we wanted to show you how to use stamps on Scrapbook Pages or Mini Albums. If you
are just starting to Hop, then go back to the beginning at Robyn (My Pink Stamper). If you have hopped here from Renee (RockinRenee) then you are in the right place.
I love how all these papers came together. The Striped Pattern paper is from a Christmas Paper Pack. It's amazing how you can pull different papers together to make a great layout.
I used border punches from EK Sucess to create a story book feel & accented it with We R Memory Keepers - Blue Lagoon - Baker's Twine.
Love is Cut from:
Sweethearts Cricut Cartridge
Button #3 at 2 1/2"
This is a beautiful stamp. I love how elegant "love story" is. This stamp set includes four different sized heart stamps. Great for accents anywhere.
Another elegant stamp. I've learn it is very simple to incorporate stamps into everyday scrapbooking.
The Couple is cut from:
Sweethearts Cricut Cartridge
Button #4 at 4"
The Heart is cut from:

The most meaningful Holiday tradition to me, is gathering my 7 grandchildren around on the floor at our house (ages 10 down to 2 mo) and reading some children's version of the Christmas Story to them; followed by a long afternoon of my husband & I, 3 children & spouses, along with the grandchildren, opening gifts with much conversing, giggling, & of course snacking during the afternoon.

We celebrate stockings on St. Nicholas' feast day on December 6th. This helps to concentrate on the real meaning of Christmas (Jesus is the reason for the season right?!)and who the real St. Nicholas was before he became relegated to America's Santa Claus.
ReplyDeleteGod bless,
Janet
My favourite holiday tradition is calling family members living back home sharing some time with them on the phone. I have no family here in Canada, so it is important for me to feel like my family is close.

First I really love your layout. Very tastfully done. I really love spending the holidays with my family and friends. But something that has really become special is spending Thanksgiving with my extended family. I work most holidays as an EMT and there are not too many places open to get a meal so we bring in the Turkey and all the fixings. We may not be able to be with our families at home, but we are family here to each other.
